In 2004, the company created Kensington Cares, a non-profit organization that offers travelers the chance to give back to the communities they visit. Educational tools such as books, teachers and even entire schools are donated by travelers and Kensington Tours. Currently 2 schools, 1 orphanage and countless individuals have benefited from Kensington Cares.
The company was founded in 2002 by veteran travel enthusiast and National Geographic Society fellow Jeff Willner.
